  1. 9. ARCO Rights: You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, what it is used for and the conditions of use we give it (Access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); that we delete it from our records or databases when we consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations provided for in the law (Cancellation); as well as oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). Terms and Conditions

Deliveries

Lux Club undertakes to deliver the products purchased by the Client, in perfect condition, to the address indicated by the Client in the order form, as long as it is located within Mexico. In order to optimize delivery, the Client must indicate an address where the order can be delivered, within normal business hours, that is, between 9:00 (nine) hours and 18:00 (eighteen) hours. , Monday to Friday, on business days.

  • 1. Lux Club will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the Client in the respective order form does not exist or does not correspond to reality or data has been omitted.
  • 2. Lux Club reserves the right to cancel or limit the delivery of an order based on courier coverage and the particularity of the campaign.

The estimated delivery time will be stipulated for each product, these times are average times and, therefore, are only an estimate and not a guarantee of compliance, since delivery is made through courier companies outside of Lux Club contracted to such an end for the latter. Therefore, it is possible that the deadlines vary for logistical reasons or, due to unforeseen events or force majeure. In cases of delays in deliveries, Lux Club will inform the Client of the situation as soon as it becomes aware of it. Each delivery will be considered made from the moment in which the transport company makes the Product available to the Client at the address indicated by the latter at the time of making the purchase, which is materialized through the control system used by the shipping company. contracted transport.

Returns

Return procedure:

Unless otherwise established in the particular conditions of sale, all Products purchased at Lux Club may be returned and refunded, provided that the Client communicates in writing to Lux Club (info@luxclub.mx) their intention to return the Products purchased. within a maximum period of 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of delivery of the order, indicated by the courier and parcel company that delivered it, in the corresponding tracking guide. Once the period of 10 (ten) calendar days has expired, Lux Club will not accept returns for purchases of Products.

Lux Club will only accept returns when the following requirements are met:
  • 1. The Product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered and its original packaging and labeling must be preserved, to the extent possible.
  • 2. The shipment must be made using the same box or envelope in which the Product was originally sent, or failing that, in some similar format that guarantees the return in perfect condition.

  • 4. The respective refund will be made through the same payment method that the Client used to make the purchase.
